Be a Better Plaintiff
Most people have not been in a lawsuit before. They don’t know what they don’t know. And when they know what’s important, they don’t know how it connects to their case.
Rules of liability and evidence, the timing of testifying in a deposition, and how to prepare for a settlement.
We can connect you with others who’ve already gone through what you’re going through. We can prepare you to support your lawyer and help them know what you need.
Our goal is to make sure your goals are met. We’ll help you manage what may be the newest and biggest financial decisions of your life.
Here are some questions you should be asking:
What do I need to know about the lawsuit process?
Am I suing for more than money?
How often should I talk with my lawyer?
What kind of information should I give my lawyer?
How can I protect my privacy?
How do I know the settlement amount I need?
What if the settlement won’t cover my financial needs?
How do I get the government benefits I’m entitled to?
What will the deposition be like?
Will I have to testify at trial?
How do I know if my lawyer is doing a good job?
